• I. Policy
  A. Beginning on May 3, 2008 and running through September 27, 2008 the Hollywood Hills Speedway will be running the “HHR Giveaway“. Ten speedway attendees will have the opportunity to qualify weekly for the Final Drawing to be held on September 27th.
  B. Employees of San Felipe’s Hollywood Hills Speedway or Casino Hollywood are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  
  II. Procedure
  A. Race attendees can register for the car giveaway at each regular season race event. Attendees will register at the Speedway Souvenir booth. Attendees must be 21 years or older to participate and can only register one time per race event.
  B. Ten (10) people will be drawn during the intermission of each regular season race event to become “Final Qualifiers” for the Final Drawing.
  C. Final Qualifiers will be announced over the PA system at the Speedway. Qualifiers will be instructed to report to the Speedway Souvenir booth to receive their Qualifier Goodie bag containing “I am a Qualifier” T-shirt and other Casino, Speedway, and Sponsor promotional items. .
  D. The Final drawing will be held on September 27, 2008 at 4pm in the Celebrity Showroom. Qualifiers must be present to win.
  E. Consolation prizes will be awarded to the final ten ticket holders drawn before the car giveaway.
  F. One car giveaway ticket will be drawn and that person will have 3-minutes to show proper identification and claim their prize. If the prize goes, unclaimed during the allotted time period, another entry ticket will be drawn until a winner is awarded.
  G. The winner will have the opportunity to drive the HHR “pace car” for the “Featured” main event at the speedway that evening if they desire to. If not, the car will be driven by a Speedway representative.
  H. The winner will also be the Guest of Honor for the World of Outlaws Event on October 11 and 12, 2008 and will be allowed to “pace” both the “Featured” main events for that weekend if they desire to.
