Hollywood Hills Speedway
2008 Hobby Stock Rules

Printable Version

The vision for the Hobby Stock class is to provide an avenue for the participants to build racecars that are more technically advanced than the Cruiser division.

The Hollywood Hills Speedway, Hobby Stock rules are designed to encourage a safe, competitive stock car class that allows a limited amount of modifications, while keeping in mind the economic nature of the division.

In no way will the rules be interpreted to allow a car that is technically superior to dominate the class or to be constructed in an unsafe fashion that poses a danger to the operator or other competitors.

The word “STOCK” means: unaltered and as originally produced for that year, make, and model, including aftermarket replacement parts.

WEIGHT LIMIT:  The MINIMUM weight allowable for cars competing in the Hobby Stock class is 3,250 pounds including driver, NO TOLERANCE.

The Hollywood Hills Track scales will be the official standard.
